Dear Food lovers,

My very first meal for this year was Ngiu Chap (beef noodles). It is similar to the Vietnamese Pho, I reckon Pho taste much better tho. However there is only ngiu chap available in my hometown.
Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap beef cutlets are boiled for hours along with daikon (radish) and Kah Hiong’s secret ingredient (herbs & spices). You may order Ngiu Chap, which means Beef Mix, varieties of beef cutlets including beef balls, beef brisket, beef tripe, beef tendons, beef stew and other beef cutlets. Or you may request for the specific beef cutlets you prefer.

Other options to choose from:-
1. Mee hoon (vermicelli),  Mee (egg noodles) or Kuey teow (flat rice noodles).
2. Soup based or Gon Lau (noodles mixed with special soy sauce).

For adventurous food eaters, who would like to spice up their meal, you could try their homemade chilli sauce that complements well with their dishes. It is so spicy and good that they even bottled the sauce up to sell.
